TransTRACK Drives Digital Transformation of Halal Logistics through an IoT, AI, and Blockchain-based Halal Logistics Platform (HLP) at the 2025 Indonesia Sharia Economic Festival (ISEF).

Jakarta, October 17, 2025TransTRACK, a technology enabler focused on digitizing fleet operations through fleet operation optimizer and supply chain integrator solutions based on Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), continues to drive the digital transformation of halal logistics at the 2025 Indonesia Sharia Economic Festival (ISEF). Anggia Meisesari, Founder & CEO of TransTRACK, emphasized the company’s commitment through TransTRACK’s Halal Logistics Platform (HLP) initiative, an IoT, AI, and blockchain-based digital solution specifically designed to maintain halal integrity at every stage of the supply chain, from transportation and storage to distribution of halal products.

Anggia stated that 2024 will be a crucial year for the transformation of the halal logistics industry in Indonesia. According to Meisesari, TransTRACK strongly supports the implementation of the government’s mandatory halal certification policy, and the policy has proven to be fruitful, driving a significant increase in the number of certified logistics companies, which has now reached more than 1,039.

For your information, in 2022, only one logistics company in Indonesia was halal-certified. The following year, this number increased to 48 companies, and the number further increased significantly to more than 1,039 logistics companies by 2024, demonstrating that the market and regulators now demand transparent, real-time, and digitally integrated halal traceability.

“We’ve seen a significant shift in the industry’s view of halal since the implementation of mandatory halal certification in October 2024. Previously, halal was considered more of an added value, but now it’s a business requirement, meaning it’s part of the operating system that must be thoroughly verified, not just a logo on packaging,” explained Anggia.

Therefore, Anggia sees a significant opportunity for TransTRACK to support government policies by introducing HLP in Indonesia. Anggia explained that through the HLP system, every process can be digitally verified, complete with a halal audit trail, an automatic alert system for halal protocol violations, and a compliance dashboard to monitor the entire movement of halal-certified goods.

TransTRACK has begun implementing the HLP system in Malaysia through a strategic partnership with PIJ Halal Ventures to support the implementation of Malaysia Halal Industry Master Plan 2030. “It is an honor that TransTRACK has been trusted as the technology integrator in the development of HLP to support Johor’s halal system, from manufacturing and transportation to integration with port and customs systems,” explained Anggia.

Furthermore, Anggia stated that although full implementation has not yet begun in Indonesia, the project in Malaysia serves as a model and learning laboratory for TransTRACK. Anggia is optimistic that TransTRACK will be able to test how this system works in real time, including inter-agency integration, digital verification, and incident response in the field.

“For us, HLP is not just a technology product; it is a digital trust system. In the future, this trust will differentiate between ordinary halal products and halal products that can truly be proven through data and transparency. We are confident that this experience will form a strong foundation as Indonesia enters the digitalization phase of its national halal supply chain,” Anggia concluded.

TransTRACK has a grand vision of not only becoming a digital halal platform but also a new standard for regional digital halal integrators that can be implemented in member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and Indonesia’s trading partners. This is because, in the future, not only halal products will be Indonesia’s pride, but also an Indonesian digital halal system that can be exported and become a benchmark for the world.
